What tubing goes best with my product?
A: For standard applications such as warewash and laundry, the standard
tube that comes with the dispenser is usually the best one. For
futher information, the documents page has a tubing chemical compatibility
sheet which has a listing of tube material resistance to various
chemicals. Note that very high viscosity products may require a
special tube, while solvents require a Viton.

Which Beta products are NSF certified?
A: NSF's website maintains a current listing. Simply click on the
Certified Products button and type Beta into the search field.
Q:
I have a caliper that needs to be recalibrated. How much will this
cost, and where do I send it?
A: The cost to recalibrate is $75 + shipping. Items to be returned
for repair must have Return Authorization numbers assigned. To obtain
a Return Authorization number, call Customer Service at 1-800-858-2382.

to the company name on the package being sent to us. We take quality
very seriously, and appreciate getting any faulty parts back so
we can correct any problem, whether internal or with one of our
